The first time one of the “big 4” affiliates in DFW did not get the honor. *In May of 2017, created multi-platform content about the homeless in Dallas that quickly went viral with over 22 million views. *Since inception, have produced more than 20 unique franchises/segments for NewsFix that are cost effective, creative and also run in traditional formats throughout Tribune Media. *Continue to negotiate sponsorship/cross-promotional deals with local media partners and social media talent.* Produce “Simon Says”; weekly editorial segment that airs in Dallas, Houston and Miami. Since 2010, the segment has won seven Regional Emmy awards.
