Accounting Manager
Current- Provide general accounting duties using Quickbooks Pro, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, and preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Monitor and run payroll on bi-weekly basis, tracking paid time off, overtime, sick leave and annual reviews. Remit payroll taxes to State and Federal Government, and file quarterly and annual reports for all payroll.
- Generate monthly sales tax reports and submit information and payments to State of Illinois in timely manner.
- Create and manage spreadsheet reporting to track sales at various shows and events outside of the retail stores throughout the years.
- Analyze performances at both retail locations, providing appropriate reporting and spreadsheets to track sales and payroll costs.
