Reporting to the Dean of Admissions, and in collaboration with the Director of International Admissions, I provide input into strategy and planning for all areas of International Student Recruitment and Admissions. This includes insight and recommendations for admissions processes, credential evaluation, international recruitment planning, the development of agent relationships and an agent network, institutional partnerships, and other areas required to develop a vibrant international student community on the undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, as SIO oversaw and managed all international recruitment initiatives for the University of Bridgeport.• Organized and implemented annual comprehensive, goal-oriented territory-based strategic recruitment plans for international students. Managed the recruitment and admissions of all international undergraduate and graduate students into the University of Bridgeport. Accountable for the effectiveness of international student recruitment activities: interviewing, recruiting and management of budget in relation to all overseas educational consultants, implementation of strategic recruitment, marketing and territory management plans, international, national, and regional travel, application review, communication with graduate faculty, management of international cohort programs, planning new special projects, and training of staff, alumnae, and students involved with the international admissions process. Represented the University by making presentations, writing letters and articles, and communicating information to the media; makes admissions presentations at secondary and post-secondary schools in other countries and at receptions in these countries for students and parents, counselors and alumnae.
