First staff hire in April 2012 for the brand new Harvard Library - a reorganization launched to unify the shared services offered by 70+ libraries across the university. Manage multiple managers and executives in the office of the librarian during three reorganizations; serve as senior administrative and operations team member: mentoring new hires.

Carr Center For Human Rights Policy

Within the first year, served as de facto executive director during four faculty director leadership changes, overlapping with exit/arrival of two executive directors at a 3M USD research policy center. As events manager, produced more than 600 events for 15 faculty-led programs and initiatives. As international fellows program manager: created full-cycle.

Covered the desks of ten executive assistants during their absences, time-off, extra projects. Each EA managed four to six directors and principals. Longest assignment with Boston office’s managing director.

Center For International Development

Coordinated logistics and travel schedules to prisons to interview extremists for faculty’s new book and developed source review.

Belfer Center For Science & International Affairs

Managed daily academic, professional, and personal portfolio for school’s founding dean. A senior faculty member and nuclear terrorism scholar who founded and directed the Belfer Center for Science & International Affairs, a <10M USD research policy center. Served across all five programs with ten staff and coordinated twelve research assistants and fellows.
