I have been working 44 years in the areas of estate planning, probate, business planning and real estate. I have drafted thousands of wills and trusts, acted on behalf of numerous estates and am the “outhouse” attorney for many of my business clients. I have dealt with many situations that are outside the norm and I am able to look at matters with experienced eyes. I have represented some clients for 40 to 44 years. My primary focus is to perform the work in a quality manner at a reasonable cost to the client. If I cannot do so, then I will find a quality attorney who can do so. I am a great believer in personal service and will return calls or emails the same day, unless I am out of the office. I personally set my own calendar, meet with my clients and do my own work in a professional and courteous manner. Many of my clients have become or are friends.I have aligned myself with younger partners, DeAnn Farthing, Ben Spandau and Jessica Williams, whose work ethic, practice areas and work product are comparable to mine, so my clients will have continuity when I no longer practice law, which will not be anytime soon!
