As the Director of Client Services at MediaMath, I lead a team of account managers who deliver exceptional service, strategic solutions, and value to our global enterprise clients largely across the Retail and Retail Media industry.I have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic. With that, I have a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale accounts as well as technical projects, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, I have numerous trading certifications in display, video, native, audio, and CTV from multiple DSP platforms. I leverage my expertise to help our clients optimize their campaigns, achieve their goals, and grow their business, while also contributing to MediaMath's mission of creating a more accountable, addressable, and aligned digital marketing ecosystem.I was born and raised in South Africa, moved to Dubai with my family for my high school years, then moved to Boston to attend Bentley University. Following that, I moved to New York to begin my career at MediaMath. Due to this, I have a global perspective that enables me to work with diverse and multicultural clients and teams.I am passionate about driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the digital media industry, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams who share the same vision and values.
