CurrentAs a Senior Designer in the marketing department, I specialize in prototyping and designing web pages, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral for web and paid advertising initiatives. My role demands a blend of creative thinking, expert proficiency in graphic design, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles. This full-time, remote position allows me to deliver high-quality visual content and maintain the brand's aesthetic integrity across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Visual Concept Development: Create visual concepts, mock-ups, final designs, and production graphics tailored to specific project requirements.- Collaboration with Web Developers: Work closely with web developers to integrate design elements into code, ensuring responsive design, optimized load times, and adherence to SEO best practices.- Design Standards and Consistency: Develop and uphold design standards and consistency for all company assets, including online advertising, graphic designs, templates, print collateral, and website design. Assist in creating and maintaining brand style guides.- Asset Management: Implement proper version control and asset management best practices to keep projects organized and efficient.- User-Centric Design: Design with the user in mind, applying accessibility and UI/UX best practices across all projects to enhance user experience.- Marketing Strategy Contribution: Contribute innovative ideas for new marketing strategies and projects to help achieve company sales goals.- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
