As a Business Intelligence Engineer, I delved into developing and supporting Cognos reports and Oracle stored procedures, collaborating with product teams to create robust reporting solutions. I thrived in managing report development to meet my business partners' needs, ensuring data quality, and optimizing database performance.As I progressed to a Business Intelligence Engineering Manager, I led a dynamic team of BI engineers, architecting innovative solutions and driving the BI roadmap. Managing an international 24x7 flagship application with substantial investment, I spearheaded initiatives that saved hundreds of person-days annually, demonstrating my knack for efficiency and strategic vision.In my previous role as Lead Solutions Analyst, I provide strategic guidance, develop innovative solutions, and mentor team members in technical and analytical reasoning. I've created data reconciliation programs, enhanced deployment authorization processes, and led cloud migration strategies. My work has not only supported audit preparations but also contributed to the design of future-state platforms and firmwide workflow tools.Now I find myself in a position to once again learn as I start on the road to fraud detection at TD Bank!
