Implemented a retention campaign plan which not only incentivizedretention for all Marines within 2d Marine Aircraft Wing but alsoincentivized timely decisions concerning continuation of Active Dutyservice. Reviewed and re-designed the process for determiningqualification of Infantry Squad Leaders by developing a screening form thatreduced redundancies by over 200%. Refined retention reporting to theCommanding General of 2d Marine Division to not only increase efficiency butto identify potential shortfalls in a timely manner which enabled aproactive approach to retention.

Spearheaded the redevelopment of a web-based retention processingsystem, utilized Marine Corps wide, which enhanced capabilities bysignificantly reducing the administrative burden, broadening oversightcapacity, and enabling effective interview processes for over 450 humanresource professionals resulting in greater efficiency, versatility, andinteroperability.
