As owner and operator of Serrano Language Services, I provide interpreting services to several agencies on an on-going basis. I offer Spanish and Haitian Creole interpreting in both Medical and Legal fields. Some my main clients are listed below:■ SOS International LLC - I render interpreting services in Spanish. I Have interpreted dozens of in-person immigration hearings for The Department of Justice Courthouses in NYC, Buffalo, Hartford, and Seattle. I have also interpreted hundreds of immigration hearings remotely using the WebEx platform. These hearings consist of Immigration / Removal proceedings (primarily Asylum and Protection Against Torture hearings as well as Credible Fear reviews)■ CyraCom Language Solutions - I render interpreting services both in-person and telephonic. The fields have included, but are not limited to: medical, mental health, health and auto insurance, and legal. ■ CulturaLink - I mostly do Medical Interpreting for this Agency. Services rendered in both Spanish and Haitian Creole are always on-site.■ Telelanguage - I mostly do Medical Interpreting for this Agency. My services are always rendered over the phone in both Spanish and Haitian Creole.■ EC Innovations INC - I have performed Spanish Legal Interpreting services for this agency at the King County Courthouse in Seattle, Washington. Most have been for Social Security benefits hearings.

I was recruited by Medix (Optum) to work at a temporary Covid-19 vaccination clinic hosted by Microsoft at their Redmond, WA campus. I have mostly interpreted in Spanish but on occasion i've rendered my services in Haitian Creole as well. The clinic closed in September of 2021.
