This is based on him having worked in various SAP HCM/HR project roles. A highlight of his career so far was presenting at SAPHILA 2010 on “Talent Integration and HRIT Strategy”. This conference was rated best SAP conference of 2010 worldwide and IT Web rated it as one of the best IT Conferences worldwide.Specialties: Terence has gained extensive SAP HCM and HR-IT experience in many industries, but predominately in the South African Mining industry with large scale global system implementations, and has an understanding of the organisation, culture and operational requirements of this industry.
