These devices are found on several name brand products.• Led optimization and characterization of GaAs HBT transistor design for higher power, efficiency and reliability using load pull technique. Sate-of-the-art 2.4 GHz high-power, linear amplifier design is now in several products.• Instrumental in Microchip’s SOI process development, device modeling, circuit design and product definition.• Provided divisional product qualification, reliability and failure analysis.

Formed startup company to provide “Last Mile” connectivity from fiber trunks to commercial sites with a 60 GHz, Giga-bit, point-to-point radio link. Directed 25 employees. Led development of RF/IF circuits and radio hardware development, supervised all test support and facilities management.Accomplishments:* Successfully demonstrated 60 GHz prototype with 500Mbps data rate, encryption and error correction* Developed world’s first 5 GHz wireless audio chipset and RF modules for wireless speakers.
