Experienced commercial/business solutions director with particular strengths in designing, negotiating and, on occasion, implementing complex, bespoke delivery solutions and commercial models – principally within a Business Process Outsourcing context. My personal style is hands-on and outcome focussed, taking an analytic approach to business challenges and building collaborative teams of both clients and colleagues. My role has often been focussed on developing custom solutions to new and unique requirements. Working with both public and private sector clients, this has often involved: - establishing a comprehensive understanding of the policy / legal / regulatory framework under which services are to be developed and delivered- influencing policy and challenging client pre-conceptions of service design to ensure operational viability and efficiency- leading small teams of design, implementation and operational subject matter experts to create comprehensive transformation and operational delivery proposals underpinned by fully analysed business cases- challenging supply chain operational and commercial leads to ensure solution integrity, measure and manage risk and ensure costs and prices are competitive- designing commercial arrangements which incentivise congruent behaviours and outcomes.
