Provided ongoing communications to the organization and external business partners. Capital and Operating budget management. • Championing the creation of a company-wide Disaster Recovery Site and Business Continuation Plan for 80 distribution locations in the US, Mexico, and Canada. • Implementing an on-demand CRM system for 100 staff call center operations with dealer digital integration using smartphone and tablet technology.• Executing the conversion from Verizon MPLS network services to AT&T network services, VoIP, and SD-WAN saving $250K annually. Creating operational efficiency using telecommunications while ensuring solid Cyber security measures are in place.

This role consisted of:• Implementing high availability telecommunications networks serving multiple manufacturing and distribution locations. • Strategic data center consolidations resulting in $350K annual savings.• Implementing a single instance of Computer Associates Software delivering enterprise inventory visibility, reducing $3M in excess inventory and $50K in labor savings. • Introducing and implementing RF scanning and labeling automation resulting in a 99.9% finished goods labeling accuracy and improved on time shipping. • Enabling business development opportunities with big box retailers such as Home Depot by creating UPC piece line automation labeling. • Developing and executing strategic initiative to consolidate 3 ERP systems saving the organization over $250K in annual license and support fees.
