Pre-sales technical resource for Rep-Channel customers. Prepares quotation, specification responses and configuration support to Eaton's outside sales representatives; assists sales staff in assessing product application; serves as a liaison between sales, product management and engineering regarding customer product requirements; provides technical marketing support; and creates product specifications for custom applications. This role requires the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and drive results.

Balanced the needs of the testing teams with the demands of product development schedule to ensure on-time product launch. Performed necessary board re-work and in-lab quality testing.
