During my tenure, the agency grew from a budget under $1 million to a $2.6 million operational budget, and from five funded programs to twenty-four funded programs per year. I organized and coordinated a successful move from three separate physical locations into a new 34,000 square foot facility, resulting in the organization now offering all programming in one location. Responsibilities included; final building planning, IT infrastructure design and installation, equipment, furniture and fixtures purchasing, and new building orientation for staff. I worked closely with the CEO, Controller and Board of Directors to develop long-term organizational strategic goals, resulting in stronger administrative capacities around HR and organization effectiveness measurements. Supervised eight management-level staff while performing IT, HR, data reporting, and facility operations tasks. I was deeply involved in all essential administrative functions, including organization budgets, payroll, and employee benefits while delivering updated human resources and facility infrastructure with an extremely limited budget. My initial asks included hiring nine full-time staff and consultants and establishing contractual relationships with three local businesses.
