I have a passion for books and libraries. Nothing gives me more joy in life than helping a student find a great book to read or showing them how to search for information online. My personal philosophy is that a library should provide a friendly environment, which welcomes all students and faculty members. I encourage students to ask reference questions. I also work closely with students and faculty members to purchase library materials that students want to read. I'm also a team player and I do everything I can to support my co-workers and principals. I'm fortunate to be in a profession that gives me an opportunity to help students develop the skills necessary to succeed in school. Being a librarian is a great job!
