- Hired to help strategically expand a 30 year leading dental clinic in Trinidad and Tobago.- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction of new building and move in.- Planned and executed a full rebrand of the clinic while also planning and executing other creative marketing tactics.- Overall responsibility for day to day operations and process improvements to ensure the highest quality of care and customerexperience.- Defining and executed various business development efforts to grow the business.- Managed a team of 12 plus 4 dental surgeons.

Entrepreneurial guided with the desire to never stop challenging and being challenged - mixed together with deep technical, business and user experience knowledge made for a fun time at USAA. Here are a few things I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in:-Led a small, cross-functional team to answer the question of “What does USAA insurance look like in 10 years?”. We created a user centered vision that every project, thought or discussion can be measured against. It was received with resounding praises by the leadership who then tasked us with the “how”.- Conceived and oversaw the implementation of a new testing methodology for the digital Auto Insurance experiences. We got buy in with a 3 million dollar investment with the promise of returning 7 million in benefits in the first year. After 10 months, the project far exceeded the projected benefit and has subsequently been introduced to other lines of businesses to implement. - Led a team of 3 people who managed all CSS files (500+) for every digital channel at USAA. My team was in charge of consulting, reviewing and approving all CSS changes made across dozens of projects every week. Because of our deep technical knowledge we also play a critical role in defining CSS and HTML with the IT Infrastructure team.

Startup Ignite was an 8+ hour, monthly meetup and hack-a-thon for technology startups, entrepreneurs, designers and developers in San Antonio, TX.- Co-Founder of a non-profit group that aimed to promote technology entrepreneurship in San Antonio.- Startup Ignite consisted of a key note speaker then led into an all night hack-a-thon.- Managed fund raising and networked to get speakers for each event.

- Founded a team that included 1 UX Designer and 4 Software Engineers to help build the best schedule management, CRMand Inventory Tracking for SMBs.- Defined product roadmap and business development efforts.- Led user research, explorations and feedback processes.- Developed and managed relationships with VC’s, business partners and customers.
