I have managed successfully to implement many important and complex changes in the daily business, as well as outsourcing, offshoring, merging, green field operations, product development, project sales, purchase, acquisitions and closing of production facilities and companies.As a leader, I always make sure, that people are respected and motivated. Everybody are given clear areas of responsibility, take ownership, communicate and create relations in a way, that the organization together focus on driving and improving the business.
