Reporting to the Director the CTO Stream Program Manager provides leadership and expertise on the CTO Stream electronic platform and its associated projects and supplementary materials. Manage the day-to-day operations of CTO Stream, continue to improve the electronic platform and onboard all new CTO employees on its use.

Lead for technical support, system maintenance and end-user trsining

• Supporting research teams, sponsors, REBs, and institutions to provide information and ongoing assistance related to CTO Steam• Monitoring system to ensure reviews progress in timely fashion, creating and disseminating REB of Record study agreements and screening application forms;• Training new users and other stakeholders on the CTO Streamlined System via institutional visits and webinars• Screening applications for ethics review, providing daily assistance to CTO Stream users, ensuring required documentation

• Coordinate and carry out the robotic therapy study as designated by the Investigator and Occupational Therapist.• Recruit and enroll participants, carry out the therapy program developed by the Occupational Therapist, and collect and manage data and ensure appropriate ethics documentation.• Keeping up-to-date records of clinical and research interactions and providing progress updates to the research team• Assisting with preparation of talks, articles and reports related to the clinical and research projects• Attending relevant clinical team, research or lab meetings, working as part of inter-professional treatment and research teams

• Proposal development for implementations and integrations• Solutions design, configuration, integration, automation, customization and testing• Software demonstrations with clients, training development, training facilitation and software tool adoption assistance• Ongoing consulting and business process refinement with clients• Instructing Oracle Certified Primavera training courses

• One part of a five-person research team responsible for implementing and completing an industry-sponsored project • Sourcing data collection sites• Administering various testing protocols with subjects, ensuring equipment was set up and calibrated properly• Recording and analyzing test data using study-specific software

• Performing various treatments to clients as prescribed by resident physiotherapist• Assisting the physiotherapist during the administration of mobility assessments• Serve as part of multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors, physiotherapists• Serve as part of multidisciplinary team maintaining effective communication with physiotherapists nursing staff, and physicians regarding client’s health status• Instructed group exercise/falls prevention classes at various sites around Mississauga/Halton Region as part of health initiative funded by Mississauga LHIN and March of Dimes of Ontario
