-Understands and inputs applicable financial components of shipments to generate correct billing for customers-Executes and coordinates tasks on the shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, government filings, executing delivery, ensuring proper invoicing, etc. - Full understanding of pricing. Provides quotes based on needs of customers. -Ensures high-level of data integrity within shipments: acknowledging of shipment details. Robinson company standards.-Timely escalation of shipment issues or potential errors to the Supervisor and Account Manager as needed.

I worked in a fast paced environment where skills necessary for efficient problem solving were sharpened. Worked with sales brokers to find carriers (from a wide range from dry van to drayage) who were willing to take our customers' freight as the best possible price for both the customer and the broker. Very quickly learned the details of the 3rd party logistics industry and learned the details of our company's software to build, book, and dispatch freight as quickly as possible without forgetting critical details.

I drafted press materials and pitched to local media for local and regional clients including Children’s Museum of Atlanta, Aurora Theatre, Simon Property Group malls and Books-A-Million. I created comprehensive, local and national media lists for clients, such as The Fresh Market. I monitored and reported client coverage via Cision and Burelles. I created and distributed media deliveries on behalf of Atlanta-based clients. I handled basic administrative duties for the office including answering multi-line phone system, clipping secured coverage and tracking office inventory.
