- Increased student engagement in passing rate by 17% (from 61% to 78%), decreased the number of students who abandoned classes by 7% (from 13% to 6%), and cut the number of failed courses by 9% (from 25% to 16%), increased student engagement satisfaction rate by 30% (from 64% to 94%). - Train & create an actionable plan to engage all stakeholders with project roadmap. - Maintain effective relationships with faculty, students, as well as other educational institutions' partners [Global Education Academy (GEA)]; to accurately and constructively interpret college policies and programs.- Develop a strategy for supervising students who attend classes during the day, in the evenings or on weekends, and during clinical internship periods.- Upkeep and development of student record systems, as well as any other tasks assigned or delegated by his or her immediate supervisor- Assist in raising the international profile of the university and managing any international collaboration projects.- Exchanging student record information with authorized universities while maintaining quality assurance and developing City University policies- Assist faculty, staff and students with inquires with updates and changes along with administrative tasks.- Enroll, withdraw, and matriculate students based on Academic, Visa, and grade status while tracking and coordinating with other teams using People Soft. - Adopt to other teams needs based on changes to policy or requirements while ensuring quality to make sure project deadlines are met as planned.
