Mostly static analysis, but he has completed dynamic analysis where required.Participation in constructability reviews, model reviews, field safety walks, projects group safety meetings and contractor safety meetings.Responding to contractor RFI’s.Projects completed include:Heat exchanger and vessel replacements & alterations, with design pressures up to 1600 psi and temperatures up to 1300°F. These included some vessels that required refractory lining, CRA linings, replacement of internals and/or fireproofing. He was responsible for the design and documentation of numerous nozzle replacements in the FCCU.Burner replacements for boiler and heaters.Pump and mechanical seal skid installations.Above ground storage tank refurbishments and upgrades, including the installation of an internal floating roof and floating suction arm.New pipe installations and piping replacements in materials that included 9Cr, 5Cr, duplex, 321H, 316L, 304L and CS, and in sizes ranging from ½” to 30”.
