Managed team of 35 accountants responsible for corporate accounting, preparation of the consolidated financial statements, internal reporting, accounts payable and payroll. Additionally, as the Global Finance Project Leader, led the change management activities for domestic implementation of PeopleSoft version 8.9 accounting applications in conjunction with developing an international deployment strategy.

Responsible for financial oversight for New York Market during the most challenging period post-9/11 when the airline service industry underwent significant restructuring and transition. In addition to the downsizing efforts, responsibilities included planning & analysis (budgeting/forecasting) and performance reporting for market consisting of $350MM Revenues, 12 business units, 10 Controllers and 45 staff members. Various other leadership roles held during tenure at LSG Skychefs included: Global Project Controller, Director of Financial Analysis, U.S Core Operations and Director of Audits.
