Grade Power's unique instructional strategies encourage students to learn efficiently, build skills, and become self-sufficient learners. Stu is the lead coach at the Chesapeake learning center and primarily responsible for guiding secondary students. He also works with middle school and some elementary students. Additionally, he is responsible for preparing students for both the SAT and ACT exams.

Taught all levels of secondary mathematics courses from Pre-Algebra to Calculus, including Algebra, Geometry, Business and Consumer math, Economics, and Pre-Calculus. Also collected and analyzed student population statistics to guide data-driven decisions.

Oversee office in capital city and conduct all aspects of business on behalf of missionary families living in outlying areas of the country. Exchange US funds into local currency and distribute as necessary. Interface with government officials for legal documentation and paperwork related to mission presence in country. Procure and distribute necessary supplies to families in outlying areas.
