I am a highly motivated and engaging facilitator with over 15 years experience in providing carefully targeted facilitation, coaching and other people development focused services for organisations. Accredited to deliver the Affina Organisation Development Team Performance Inventory (ATPI), the Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLM) 360° as well as MBTI Step 1. Accepted and listed as an NHS Leadership Academy coach and facilitator. In addition I am a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). I have worked successfully within a range of high profile professional associations, trade unions, and membership bodies as a senior governance and policy professional. I have supported governance boards and executive leadership teams right across the healthcare sector, including senior elected leaders representing highly skilled professional groups. I have been able to draw on this experience to deliver 1-2-1 coaching and facilitation services for clients at all levels.
