I am a highly self motivated, proactive individual, currently working within the ambulance service as a Strategic Capacity Manager and Qualified Paramedic. I completed my Paramedic foundation degree course at the University of Worcester in 2015 after working as an Emergency Medical Technician for 6 years.I actively manage ambulance conveyances to regional acute hospital sites, ambulance service and hospital capacity, hospital turnaround delays and have frequent communications with acute hospital management teams, ICB's and NHS England & Improvement to promote timely ambulance turnaround, patient flow, discharges. I have a keen interest in healthcare management, strategic capacity management within the NHS and have recently started my own Paramedic & Ambulance Clinician Staffing Agency business.I also assist in the facilitation of first aid training for The Scout Association UK within the West Midlands.
