My first experience of the retail sector was with Box Technologies Ltd in 1998. I joined Box on a temporary contract initially, to work on a specific instillation for a single customer. This job went so well that the company offered me a full contract as an Installation Technician. I then became the Director of my own company SS Installations Ltd and a fully equipped and qualified Field Service Manager. Since having my own business I have contracted back to Box and worked on some of the UK's largest retailers including: Nat West, RBS, House of Fraser, Cath Kidston, Vue Cinemas, Floors To Go, H & T, British Red Cross, Games Workshop, Virgin Mobile, Mulberry, Poundland, Pizza Hut, Ladbrokes Coral Bookmakers JD Sports and Tessuti. I have built such a good relationship with the team at Boxtec that they offered me a full time position as Lead Field Service Engineer.
