I worked closely with the ITEM team to forecast TR’s Data Centre estate costs. This included conducting cost benefit analyses of large building expansions and moves, and helping cost a major outsourcing of more than 95% of the ITEM staff.

I was responsible for the monthly reporting and analysis for four online products. These products were outside of TR’s reporting tools, so required me to be highly organized and use my analytical abilities to ensure that we correctly reported sales and revenue.

I was responsible for supporting the Sales Finance team with investigating and explaining anomalies in the monthly revenue. I also worked with TR’s credit controllers to manage the quarterly AR Provision process.

I was the primary point of contact for 6000 Thomson Reuters corporate card holders spread across the entire EMEA region. I had a strong focus on quickly helping colleagues in an accurate and efficient manner. My day to day responsibilities included negotiating with Amex to waive or reduce late fees, reconciling overdue accounts to identify the root cause of the nonpayment and general account maintenance.
