• Operate the Rental Services team strategy through changes, setting objectives, coaching for better performance, providing the team with a clear sense of direction, managing activity, improving motivation and communication throughout the business and for improving the quality of the final product and/or service• Control the management of the outsourced Rental Administration services, to ensure all KPIs are delivered supporting the Rental Services operational activity.• Verify the supplier contracts for the provision of Rental Administration services.• Verify with the performance of all Rental Services suppliers, with regular review meetings to being held on monthly basis.• Operate and define local KPIs for Corporate Mobility Services.• Monitor and review any degradation in service provision to escalate or take remedial action, conducting root cause analysis to identify themes.• Drive process orientation in the Rental Services area: Identifies improvement of potential and international synergies in the Rental Services area.• Drive engagement with IT platform supplier to ensure system deliverable and suitability for Alphabet’s requirements. Including the management of a Change Request process and deliverables.
