Post acquisition of MultiTrode based out of Flygt Head Office in Stockholm. Responsible for assisting sales companies and distributors around the world in growing sales of monitoring and control products and solutions. My regions were UK, North and South America, North and South Asia and Australasia. Subject matter expert on intelligent water & wastewater pumping. Product expertise areas Flygt Concertor, MultiSmart and SCADA systems. Developed the intelligent pumping control philosophy and 3 phase control panels for the Flygt China standard water and wastewater intelligent pumping packages (2,3,4 and 6 pump versions) 2 year project management and technical lead role with lots of time spent in Xylem China factory in Shenyang and Xylem regional offices in Shanghai and Beijing. Assisted Xylem Singapore to win the Sentosa Island wastewater pumping project (27 pump station refurbishments including new control panels). Developed the control philosophy and the 3 phase control panel design. Project managed and commissioned the 1st 5 sites as training for Xylem Singapore team of technicians to support the customer locally.

Founder of MultiTrode UK Limited, relocated from MultiTrode Pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia in 2008. First company to successfully sell a combined control and DNP3 RTU solution to the UK water industry using the market leading MultiSmart solution. Won Thames Water FA905 RTU tender with Thames Water in 2009 followed by the South West Water Smart Pump tender in 2011 then NI Water 200+ MultiSmart supply contract in 2012. 8 of the 12 UK water utilities now have MultiSmart's installed in their pump stations. Within two years of business start up T/O went from zero to £3M at 70% GPM. As a result of U.K. success MultiTrode Group of Companies acquired by US water giant Xylem Water Solutions in March 2013.

Regional Manager water and wastewater SCADA software and hardware systems for Australasia. Sold and project managed the first Outpost II greenfield site SCADA system to Hawkesbury Council, NSW, Australia, Heavily involved in the development of the MultiSmart intelligent Pump Station Manager. Left to relocate back to the UK to start up MultiTrode UK Ltd, until then MultiTrode unknown in the UK water industry. Specific objective to launch MultiSmart and real time SCADA using DNP3 protocol into the UK market.

After bucking the national company trend as State Manager Queensland with 6 years continuous double digit growth promoted to National Sales and Operations Manager for Australasia then GM Australasia. Turned Australasian business with >250 staff around in 18 months from 7 years of decline to double digit growth ($35M AUD turnover, 12.5% growth in 1st full year with 1.5% GPM increase). Also reduced inventory at 3 Trade Counters (Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne) by $1.2M but increased sales by an average of 35% per Trade Counter in the first full year. GM RS AUSTRALASIA for 18 months but resigned as unwilling to relocate my family from Brisbane to Sydney, commuted from Brisbane to Sydney for approximately 3 years.
