Responsible for the delivery of B2B marketing for Spidersnet and the generation of warm leads for the sales team to pursue, by the utilisation of a variety of marketing methods. This included incorporating both online and offline campaigns, from printed materials to paid social media and email campaigns, through to industry partnerships.

Responsible for impeccable levels of customer service to Spidersnet’s customers, to cater for and assist with their digital requirements. From coaching clients on best practice through to problem solving and conflict resolution, my principal role and expertise covered automotive dealers from small independents to larger franchises.

Coordinated the integration of vehicle image enhancement product into a key AutoTrader product offering. This covered initial planning stages through to launch and ensuring service delivery and scalability to meet growing number of clients was achievable. Responsibilities included identifying ways to simplify product delivery, resolving bottlenecks, reducing costs, instigating test production, whilst ensuring seamless delivery of the service.
