The solutions consultant role involves engaging with clients to determine requirements which are then translated into solution requirements for the delivery by Occam development teams. The marketing solutions provided typically involve the creation of single customer view (SCV) database constructed within SQL with a marketing interface provided with Apteco, Alterian or Unica technology ontop. Key skills for this role are the ability to capture and understand client requirements, deliver the required documentation for the Occam teams and through ongoing consultancy ensure marketing solutions are consistently providing real value to our clients.
