Started in Bank in 1983 working in Branch network until 1990 gaining insight in to Retail banking.In 1990 moved into Corporate banking managing administration of approval process for clients in excess of £10m.1995 involved moving into the Recoveries function of RBS as Debt Manager was being brought into Bank as part of a project working with the supplier London Bridge.Since then I have been at ther heart of all changes which have been made to the system as it was extended to cover Collections and additional brands, as NatWest and Ulster came on board. During that time as well as developing the system I have built up excellent Management Information skills providing information at executive and Operational levels.The last 9 years has also seen me working more closely with Group Technology as most of the large projects have involved Technology staff building interfaces etc.Specialties: Working on Debt Management systems for over 13 years developing and supporting the Debt Manager package
