I have a background in the performing arts having worked in film, theatre and TV, as a director, actor and writer. This breadth of practice in the performing arts, coupled with a passion for enterprise and a commercial understanding of organisational development has contributed to all the work that I do with Maynard Leigh.As a pioneer of performance coaching and transferring techniques from the performing arts into business I bring a creative and challenging approach to help produce extraordinary results.
