• Sensis BI Reporting Manager 2012 – 2017. ResponsibilitiesReported to GM of Data and Analytics, with responsibility for all sales reporting across the business.
• Identifying new reporting requirements in line with sales campaign;
• Managing a team of 4 report developers, producing reports and data extracts using AGILE methodology;

• Providing information in-sights to senior management on sales performance, to assist in strategic business decisions;

• Managing the analysis, design, development and implementation of new operational reports, database and data extracts to meet new and demanding business needs;
• Interpreting and presenting sales operating results, making recommendations regarding budget achievement inclusive of internal and external factors and trends;
• Monitoring and reporting on Sales Campaign results and conducting post implementation reviews, reporting on key learning’s;
• Management of Sales System, including data integrity, problem resolution system development and system training;
• Consulting to, and mentoring the business on all aspects of sales results, sales campaigns, sales systems, and campaign planning including target setting, commission and remuneration;
