I have expanded upon my current skill set and recruitment history throughout my time in this role. My duties involve working on a 121 personalised basis with individuals to overcome barriers in assisting obtaining full-time employment. This ranges from CV Construction, Motivation and Confidence building through to practical applications for employment such as finding individuals’ abilities that can translate to the workplace.

HR Go are an established National Recruitment Specialist with in excess of 45 branches nationwide, Employment commenced with the opening of the Bristol office, ensuring all legal compliance is completed with regards candidates and clients. Starting the branch from £0 profitability and increasing week on week in terms of Candidates and Client Growth. Employed initially as Senior I have managed a work load that ranges from early morning shifts through to night time working. I have effectively been able to demonstrate the ability to act quickly and deal well in pressurised situations. My duties are far ranging and the need to be able to adapt and be flexible are key, I offer an honest approach and always strive for professionalism. I have build several key clients in my time with the company ensuring margin values increase whilst offering an ethical and responsible recruiting strategy.My role now encompasses that of the Manager of the Region, as the above with the added responsibility of leading from the front and dealing with all incoming queries.

I have expanded upon my current skill set and recruitment history throughout my time in this role. I have been able to effectively demonstrate skills at being target driven and striving for success as well as showing empathy, excellent communication skills and rapport building. My duties involve working on a 121 personalised basis with individuals to overcome barriers in assisting obtaining full-time employment. This ranges from CV Construction, Motivation and Confidence building through to practical applications for employment such as finding individuals’ abilities that can translate to the workplace. This is reviewed in an ongoing basis through action plans and continued goal setting so an individual knows exactly where their current level of progression is. I have work extensively with what is known as Group 9 Clients / NOMS (National Offender Management) targeted on outcomes into employment.

Time 4 Recruitment is a specialised recruitment agency that deals in the Construction and Electro/Mechanical trades. I was initially employed as a Construction Consultant and through time I worked my way to Electrical and Mechanical Consultant and then onto the overall handling of the division from the Bristol Office. The region varied from works ranging from Cornwall to Birmingham. My daily duties throughout my employment had a high requirement for administration skills, organisation and sales.
