Started at lanes for drains to carry out full relining work with epros lining system carrying out massive works for scottish water in Scotland. There I become multi skilled in c.c.t.v surveys using pear point/, directional cutting using various cutters such as katae cutter and kre cutter, jetting using harben jetters h.p and u.h.p and various jetting tankers disabs etc.I then went on to specialised in patch lining. I was a patching ganger in charge of a crew of 2 to carry out patch lining national wide. With various contracts with Thames water in London and Daniels in Wales and so many other contracts to mention up and down the country during this time I became more and more interested in cctv surveys which I pursued by moving company to Kilbride in Glasgow where I learnt more about surveying and also learning another manufacture of lining from MC fix where I was wetting out liners from a portable lining truck and also passing my knowledge of patch lining and full lining from using EPROS system to incorporate in using other systems to make the job quicker and more efficient/ safer. I still had I great need to increase my knowledge in cctv surveys and was offered a job at EEC where I was a Backman learning everything thing about the pear point system in and out also carrying out a lot of walk through surveys, manhole surveys and eventually became a part time operator, during my time at EEC I was carrying out jetting with van packs which increased my knowledge of how sewer systems worked which I incorporated in my cctv surveys.I was then offered a job at DCS for backman/ operator on the camera van using pearpoint, also was doing a lot of various projects using minicam system then when the cameras where upgraded to supervision ipek system I was running a camera rig myself with a Backman was up a down the country but most of my surveying was doing Scottish water
