Soccer Profile is a series of age specific assessments consisting of multiple levels of difficulty, which combined with the power of the internet provides players and coaches of all ages, gender and ability an affordable opportunity to measure and support the long term development of a player’s technical and physical ability.

Played a key role in talent recruitment for the academy, specializing in identifying promising prospects hailing from the South West of England.

Supporting the development of grassroots football by up-skilling and enabling coaches to develop their knowledge, confidence and coaching ability - in turn supporting the FA’s Future Game initiative, communicating the England DNA philosophy in grassroots clubs and linking in with the FA Respect Programme.

Embarked on a journey to China as an ambassador of the club, sharing the rich heritage and coaching prowess of West Bromwich Albion FC Academy. Led the charge in educating coaches on our DNA, methodology, and best practices. Simultaneously, orchestrated the successful execution of the club's comprehensive programs.
