I like problem solving , I've learnt the trade and skills needed in joinery over the last 16 years to stand me in good stead to solve and get round most problems if I can't I will educate myself in how to do so.Ive covered most aspects of joinery from my first years roofing then on to shopfitting and high end finishing joinery. Covering a wide range of joinery as made me a more well rounded tradesman and gave me a good knowledge of building in all stages of a build, from reading and implementing 1st fix drawings to the final final finishing touches to to job. I have worked predominantly in 2nd and final fix joinery over the last 5 years,this being a conscious decision as I've found Horning in on one aspect instead of several as helped me increase my pace without comprising my finish as I have to leave my work as I would have it in my own home.This being said I'm open to work in any aspect in joinery and I'm also interested in management eventually given the right opportunity arrises.
