This has enabled me to work in a range of different sectors including transport, health, retail, finance, utilities and charities and across all levels.Over the last 6 years, as a foster carer, I have broadened my skill set to include dealing with children and young people with behavioural, emotional and cognitive developmental issues and gained specialism with children with learning difficulties and Autism. As a designated carer Ambassador I work closely with people who are considering a career in Foster Care and coach them in preparation for their fostering journey.My role as facilitator means has enabled me to deliver a range of events including company induction, customer experience progammes through to conference facilitation.My ability to truly listen to people to understand their needs has enabled me to coach people through some difficult transitions in their lives and has given me credibility in a wide range of industries.My MBTI licence has given me another dimension to building strong leadership teams and the benefit of understanding how business leaders can flex their leadership style to coach and develop their people to fulfill their true potential.
