Rollease Acmeda was formed by the merger of Acmeda, an Australian company and Rollease, a US based company in December 2014. The combined business is a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of components and systems for the internal and external window furnishings industry.My role, created following the merger, was tasked with leading and improving the financial function within the Australian business, while contributing to group finance. I have responsibility for Australian finance and IT, while participating in the preparation and presentation of group board reporting, budgeting and planning, consolidated financial reporting and analysis and IT.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is both a baker and franchisor, supplying high quality baked goods to its network of franchised and company run stores throughout Victoria and Queensland via its Puckles Family Bakehouse interstate expansion model.In 2012, as a result of the successful buy-out of the business by the Plarre Family, the company undertook a successful transformation and restructure, embarking on a significant growth strategy growing the store network to 65, with plans to continue this growth over the next five years.Reporting to the CEO, with overall responsibility for finance, legal services and IT, the role includes group management reporting, end of year financial reporting, cash flow management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, maintaining bank covenants and compliance and ensuring systems and processes meet the growing needs of the business.Key relationships maintained with owners, directors, external accountants, auditors and bankers.

RotoMetrics Australia is a manufacturer of precision tooling for the printing and converting industry, the Australian subsidiary supplies customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.With responsibility for all aspects of finance, payroll, legal and local tax compliance, reporting to the US based executive group, I led a small team in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly management and corporate reporting, complying with both Australian Accounting Standards and US GAAP. Key achievements included being assigned a number of corporate finance office tasks on an ongoing basis, including supporting the local finance functions at other international subsidiaries, the preparation of a global budgeting package, enabling local subsidiary input and consolidated corporate forecasting, the preparation of reports and information during the due diligence phase leading to the successful buy-out of RotoMetrics by a private equity firm based in the US and a significant, lead role in the global implementation of Oracle Financials throughout the RotoMetrics group including Australia, UK, Germany, France and Canada.
