Provide information and recommendations to Fixed Based Operators in regard to EU 300 & SCD legislation and Direction. Implement change to Security Operating Procedures & provide guidance on Critical Part implementation and security

Produce and manage a statutory operational audit and reports program incorporating compliance indicators such as European Union / Department for Transport inspections, covert testing, TIP score analysis.Develope and implement measures to ensure security department compliance and service delivery levels are maintained and improved by providing performance monitoring and data collection for trend analysis. Establish auditing and reporting program for third party security operators in compliance with European Union and Department of Transport regulations. Production of and implementing rectification program.
