Since joining IBM in Nov 2000 I have spent 8 years on the CLS Project in numerous roles. Mainly Change and Problem Management but also minor roles in Configuration Management, Release Management, Incident Management and IT Helpdesk.In 2008 I moved to Merrill Lynch as a Change Coordinator and the company has since been incorporated into Bank of America.Following this I moved to BDO LLP in 2011 to become their Change Manager. During this time I implemented a new change process from virtually starting on a blank sheet of paper in less than 3 months as part of gaining our ISO27001 certification. This was revised several years later with the introduction of the ServiceNow tool. Additional responsibilities at BDO led to me being the single point of contact for all ISO27001 related work within the IT Department, including preparing and attending the audit sessions with team members.In June 2016 I then moved on to ELEXON to begin the role of Information Security Analyst. In this role I am responsible for Information Security as a whole including the ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications.Specialties: ITIL Foundations of Service Management qualification.
