I have a number of years experience in managing sales teams both at a regional and national level. During these years I have worked across a number of sectors from retail (top 4 grocery), Wholesale Cash and Carry (all of major C&Cs Bestway, Booker, Dhamecha), Independant Convenience to the Garden Centre Sector. All of these sectors have differences and this is what makes them exciting and challenging enviroments, to help drive sales. I have always believed that building relationships with customers is the absolute key to driving long term profitable business and have looked to instill this ethos into everyone that I have ever managed. I have managed varying team sizes for 4 to 13 all of these have been remote sales teams so communication has been key to everything we have achieved. One of my proudest moments was being able to double the size of the Cash and Carry team when working on the Ferrero account for Field Sales Solutions due to the ROI provided back to the business by the original team that I managed.
