Over twenty years of Fidessa implementation and project experience providing functional enhancements, performing technical upgrades & undertaking business analysis for a large number of Fidessa sell side customers. Has a wide range of experience in the Fidessa product suite including TMAR, PMAC, OMAR, FDA, EMMA, CTAC & EXPORT. Strong technical and trading system implementation experience. Able to thoroughly understand and improve complex trading workflows consequently improving overall operational synergy. Good relationship builder - able to broker client relationships at various levels.Key achievements include:• Architected, developed and implemented a very large number of Fidessa enhancements, sometimes leading small analyst teams. This includes enhancements to integrate Fidessa with multiple third party / Enterprise customer systems. • Managed multiple projects for Tier 1 Enterprise and Managed Enterprise customers including a large hardware migration project and regular Release Management programmes. • Consulting with multiple business units of Tier 1 clients at a technical level to document business flow and architect proposals to assist the Programme Manager.• Performance optimisation of the EMMA product for multiple Low Touch business clients.• Provided a significant contribution to new Global Middle Office functionality, including the delivery of the proof of concept & prototype. • As a Technical Lead, implemented multiple high profile migrations, including a CTAC Oasys to CTM migration for a Tier 1 Managed Enterprise client.• Implemented TOP V5 upgrades (FTS -> TMAR, PMAC & OMAR) for multiple heavily customised Enterprise clients. This involved a significant migration to a new Fidessa architecture.• Produced a large amount of technical and testing documentation.
