MindHive is a unique team sat in the unknown unknowns space. The team produces new innovative tools to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.The team uses lean methodology to quickly operationalise data-led tools and incorporate Artificial Intelligence into Thames Water

Applying Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to lead projects in order to drive operational and customer satisfaction improvements. These projects focus on the end-to-end life cycle of Thames Water from the identification of the issue and understanding root causes, to implementation of the change and associated benefit realisation. Key responsibilities and achievements; • Main resource for the provision of accurate insight using ‘Big Data’ principles to a variety of stakeholders, including the senior leadership team• Created and managed the Technical Response Team that had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The project had the highest benefit-cost ratio across Wholesale Water• Developed and delivered a tool that predicts customer dissatisfaction. Currently leading its expansion and consequent process changes into various internal applications and software for both the Senior Leadership Team, and the field (~200 people)• Developed a data strategy that incorporates innovative solutions to enhance insight across several business units• Solely responsible for the identification of the teams’ projects. These projects targeted specific SIM metrics and were designed to ensure a successful delivery• Developed a five year strategy and delivery plan for multiple business areas including retail, water and waste that ensure we achieve our operational targets• Ran workshops to identify operational inefficiencies and solutions• Worked collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, and developed communication and implementation plans to ensure successful delivery of projects • Modelled company-wide and individual project risk• Key consult for analytics and strategy across the operational business• Created a framework to track contractor performance• Cost benefit analysis of multiple projects including the development of ‘Cost to Serve’ metrics

Involved in the submission of the Price Review 2014 business plan to the regulator, Ofwat. Quantified and modeled uncertainty and risk across the clean, waste, and retail businesses. Collated and analysed financial data for various teams within Thames Water. Developed financial plans to meet regulator targets and enhance operational performance.

Responsible for supporting clients’ investment administration enquiries and other data maintenance issues, both internally and externally. Aiding clients with collective investment vehicles such as Unit Trusts and ISAs. Hargreaves Lansdown is a FTSE 100 Company specialising in all aspects of financial management.
