Managing the day to day production requirements at Pinmar Barcelona. Responsible for Manpower distribution per project, budget control per project, client relations between MB92 and the yacht during the entirety of each project. Coordinating all work requests including, quotes, conditioning reports, completion, warranty and defect inspections. All work to be started and completed on-time, and on-budget to meet client expectations.
