Talent offered a market-first online platform that provides a permanent home for digital contractors called ENGAGE. *Lead the Alpha testing team the brand-new platform, ENGAGE, to validate whether the new product will perform as expected. Also lead the rollout of the platform to a beta test group across Australia and New Zealand (initially 800 contractors).* Lead the support services team to ensure a NPS score of 62 within the first year of the ENGAGE platform’s existence.*Co-ordinated and collated the feedback from users into active stories to provide to the development team which culminated in approximately 100 bug fixes or improvements to the platform within the first year.*Liaised closely with the marketing team to promote the ENGAGE brand both internally and externally which resulted in an open rate of 78% and click through rate of 48% of eDM’s.

gx2 Technology (formerly Global Gossip) is a global Managed Service Provider that has been specializing in the delivery of network and communication solutions since 1997. We currently manage and maintain over three hundred networks with service locations spanning eleven countries. gx2 Technology has offices in Sydney, Australia; London, England; and Denver, USA.* Managed a team of 35 across four offices, which included both Project Support officers, Customer Service operations and Network Engineers.* Held a portfolio of 24 key customer accounts, ensuring a 50% increase in customer satisfaction within 12 months.* Project managed Operations Engineers in carrying out site surveys, provisioning equipment and carrying out installations ensuring an 92% completion rate on agreed SLA’s.* Project managed a complete rebrand of the company ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders were informed. This led to an increase of 46% in new business leads to the business.

The Far North Queensland Soccer Zone Inc is the administrative body governing Football in Far North Queensland, Australia. As part of this body it also runs the FNQ Centre of Excellence program which aimed to nurture boys and girls from ages 11-18 in the elite footballing pathway.* Liaised with external stakeholders such as governing bodies Football Queensland (FQ) and FFA on any new initiatives or directives that needed to be implemented at a local level.* Liaised with external stakeholders, the State and Local government to project manage the successful submission and grant of $180,000 for a capital works proposal for the lighting of two shared use ovals. These fields are now the base for the FNQ Centre of Excellence and Development squad programs. These 2 programs present a pathway for boys and girls from 12-17 years of age living within the area to represent their Zone, Football Queensland and possibly Australia.* Co-ordinated the coaching and support staff in the program and ensure that they were following the Football Federation Australia (FFA) charter on how the players were coached.

Harrow Council is the local governing body of the London Borough of Harrow.* Lead a team of 16 Licensing Officers in enforcing the Licensing Act 2003 and Housing Act 2004.* Project managed the implementation of an 'Alcohol Exclusion Zone' and 'Smokefree Public Areas' throughout the Borough of Harrow, working with several stakeholders including the local police, licensed venues, the local health authority and media outlets.* Worked closely with Local police to create a PubWatch scheme which included a weekly meeting between the Police, Local Authority and Licensed premises to discuss relevant current issues.* Liaised with external stakeholders such as the Local Police and Court officials in regards to enforcement and prosecution action to be taken against licensed premises.
