Most recently the commercial lead for Canada's first PPP LED Street Lighting Project, bringing SMART City technology, wireless internet services, water metering and clean energy, plus more. I have specialist expertise, developing and procuring complex project delivery models, financing structures, strategy advisory, partnering arrangements and portfolio management. My advisory roles are provided across a variety of industry sectors including accommodation, transportation, affordable housing, mining, education, health and IT.My experience includes expertise of the UK, European and Canadian infrastructure markets where I specialize in public private partnerships and project finance transactions. Currently I am advising Federal, Provincial and non-profit clients across most Provinces.I like to work closely with the client team and often perform the role of Commercial or Project Director for the duration of a specific project, either full or part time depending upon the client needs.
